Wiley Protocol
Formulation: Estrogen and progesterone creams according to protocol.
The hormones in the Wiley Protocol are administered in transdermal creams. This is the typical method of administration for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
The original Wiley Protocol is for dosing estrogen and progesterone in women, hover several other protocols are now available for both men and women to administer testosterone, DHEA, thyroid hormones, cortisol, and more.
Description: The Wiley Protocol is a standardized hormone protocol that aims to mimic actual, natural hormonal fluctuations in women. The dosages in this protocol vary over a 28 day period in a similar way to how hormones fluctuate during a woman’s reproductive years. Typical hormone treatments for post-menopausal women are in uniform dosages – the same dosage on a daily basis. In this protocol, hormone dosages change based on a schedule.
When you receive your order for the Wiley Protocol, you will receive color-coded syringes for estrogen and progesterone. The amounts of hormone delivered will vary over the course of a 28-day cycle. The protocol syringes are packaged in heat and cold resistant packaging – evergreen for estrogen and purple for progesterone.
The Wiley Protocol® – A Full Spectrum of Hormone Protocols for Men and Women
The Wiley Protocol® for estrogen and progesterone hormone replacement is just one protocol available. There are also protocols for men, testosterone for women, thyroid hormones, cortisol, melatonin, and a facial product for anti-aging.
Protocols:
The Wiley Protocol® for Women XXX
This protocol is designed for women who need more frequent dosing of hormones. The dosing is 3 times per day instead of 2 times per day.
The Wiley Protocol® for Men
The protocol for men includes both testosterone and DHEA dosed to mimic the cyclical nature of these hormones – similar to the protocol for women. Hormone replacement therapy in men is used to improve mood, energy, and sexual functioning. Like the other protocols, this one is color coded – in light blue and burgundy envelopes with matching syringes.
The Wiley Protocol® Testosterone for Women
While not as well known for its effects in women, testosterone plays a role in libido and energy in women as well as men. Testosterone levels also fluctuate throughout a woman’s cycle. Estrogen and progesterone replacement may not be sufficient to improve all symptoms. The testosterone for women protocol allows rhythmic dosing of testosterone in levels that are designed for women.
The Wiley Protocol® Thyroid
The protocol for thyroid hormone replacement is designed to work with the natural rhythmic cycle of the original Wiley Protocol for women. This protocol is different than taking a static dosage daily as the hormones are administered to match the body’s natural circadian rhythms.
The Wiley Protocol® SPARC
SPARC is an acronym for Seasonal Pulsatile Adrenal ReCalibration. The protocol involves dosing of cortisol daily in a schedule that varies seasonally corresponding with sun cycles. This protocol is designed to enhance sleep at night and provide energy during the day.
The Wiley Protocol® SNOOZ
SNOOZ is an acronym for Seasonal Neuroendocrine Optimal Organizational Zeitgeber. This protocol involves dosing of melatonin to change with the seasons in order to improve sleep. A zeitgeber is “a rhythmically occurring natural phenomenon which acts as a cue in the regulation of the body’s circadian rhythms.” Like other Wiley protocols, that basically means that the dosing is made to match your body’s natural hormonal rhythms.
The Wiley Protocol® For Your Face
Did you know estrogen can be applied to your face? The Wiley Protocol For Your Face involves the application of an estrogen cream to the face to improve the production of collagen and increase skin elasticity. Systemic hormone therapy has been noted to improve skin appearance – this protocol involves applying the cream directly to the area of concern.
